Проект развития территории фабрики «Красный Октябрь» в новое суперсовременное пространство, объединяющее в себе три составляющие жизни человека: работу, жилье и развлечения. Все здания полуострова представляют собой плавный переход от существующей архитектуры к новой. Проект предусматривает продолжение пространственного и исторического ландшафта в виде градиента из различных материалов, цветов и геометрии. Центром квартала становится реконструируемое здание фабрики, фасады которого выполнены из красного кирпича. Все постройки выполнены из материалов различного цвета и фактуры. Цвет плавно перетекает от теплого серого до кирпичного и затем от красного к цвету «шоколад», сначала – к молочному, а затем – к черному и внутри дворов – к белому.This is a project of developing the area of the confectionary factory «Red October» into new state-of-the-art environment uniting three essential parts of our life: work, accommodation and entertainment. All buildings of the peninsula represent transition from the current architecture to the new one. The projects provides for extension of spatial and historical landscape in form of the gradient of various materials, colours and geometry. The center of the block will be the house of the factory under construction, with the facades made of red brick. All constructions are made of materials of different colour and surface finish. The colour smoothly transits from warm grey to brick-red, and then from red to chocolate, first to milk chocolate colour, then to dark chocolate and to white chocolate inside the yards.

Крытые атриумы активно используются для проведения перформансов выставок и показов. Все атриумы объединены в единую сеть пассажей с собственными выходами в разных точках стрелки.10 microclimates.

10 roofed atriums with thematic gardens, shop-windows, caffes and galleries, connected into a closed network.
Roofed atriums are used to hold exhibitions and performances. All the atriums are combined into a unified network with separate exits in various points of the strelka.
