HYPERCUBE: Innovation building in Skolvovo

English: HyperCube — the first innovative building of innovative city, which lead off the life of the creative community in the Skolkovo project. This is a new generation building for whom communication is as important as functionality and aesthetic. HyperCube is primarily a portal that attract in Skolkovo people and ideas from outside, and provides a platform for communication. The aim of the project — the creation in the short term the multi-transformer, energy efficient building, which will become a symbol of the project Skolkovo and will provide the basic urban planning principles of innovative city. The concept of the building based on the urbanformula 4E — ecology, energy efficiency, ergonomics and economics, as a result of the interaction of these factors.

Russian: «ГиперКуб» — первое инновационное здание инновационного города, которое положит начало жизни творческого сообщества в рамках проекта «Сколково». Это здание нового поколения, для которого коммуникация является столь же важной как функциональность и эстетика. «ГиперКуб» это в первую очередь портал, который втягивает в Сколково людей и идеи извне, и предоставляет площадку для коммуникаций. Цель проекта – создание в короткие сроки мультифункционального энергоэффективного здания-трансформера, который станет символом проекта «Сколково» и на начальной стадии заложит основные градостроительные принципы инновационного города. Концепция здания основана на градостроительной формуле 4Э — экологичность, энергоэффективность, эргономичность и экономичность, как результат взаимодействия этих факторов.

2011: NEW HOLLAND SUMMER opening

English: Masterplan NEW HOLLAND SUMMER was developed by BERNASKONI architectural bureau in collaboration with Iris Foundation. The founder and the leader of the bureau Boris Bernaskoni claims that we are witnessing the end of the 300 years of obscurity. This is proven by the fact that during the first three days after the official opening New Holland attracted 15 thousand visitors. Boris says:“As architects we approached the architectural heritage of the New Holland island by embedding the smaller contemporary objects.” The architect is certain that the character of existing buildings of the New Holland island should be retained. The Dutch atmosphere is created by a group of the sea containers and the number of unique events taking place in the next few months. According to Bernaskoni during the winter season the visitors will be able to enjoy the traditional Dutch ice skating. “VEDOMOSTI”

Russian: Генеральный план проекта «Лето в новой Голландии» был разработан архитектурным бюро BERNASKONI совместно с фондом «Айрис». Главный архитектор, руководитель бюро Борис Бернаскони подчеркивает, что 300-летней безвестности пришел конец: за первые три дня открытия в Новой Голландии побывало 15 тысяч человек. «Мы смотрим на памятник архитектуры со стороны современных небольших объектов», — сказал он. Архитектор уверен в том, что облик старой архитектуры Новой Голландии должен сохранится. Сейчас голландская атмосфера поддержана морскими контейнерами и программой, которая будет проходить в ближайшие несколько месяцев. По словам Бернаскони зимой здесь можно будет традиционно «по-голландски» покататься на коньках. «ВЕДОМОСТИ»
