Tetris Housing is a new marketing method in the real estate market. In addition to designing the apartment space the client can participate in designing the front of the building by selecting TETRIS components: windows, balconies, color. Potential owner of the apartment can choose the color and materials for the outward side of his apartment. Orders to purchase and form the housing are taken during construction stage. The client can place an order electronically via internet by filling the table with all necessary information: apartment size, number of rooms, balconies, location in the building. After completing the table the potential client can receive a solicited proposal and the options of the apartment location in the building. Then the client can start the next part of the program – he can himself plan and design the inside and the outside part of his apartment. The software program helps him in his choice.
