Bernaskoni

It was chosen simple Italian word for the name of the pizzeria – Paparazzo, in translation “importunate squeaking mosquito”. It becomes customary after the movie of Federiko Fellini “Dolce vita” and means cameramen, who take photograph of private life of show business stars and other celebrities without their knowledge and consent. As an architect Boris Bernaskoni noted, from the name was born an original conception and design solution. The space is connected with photography, it is used reddish-white light, the real photoequipment (softboxes, reverberators), which act as lamps, gleaming and hardly visible threads of glass and metallic curtains, black furniture, random photographs of celebrities.
The heart of the restaurant is firewood stove from Italy for cooking pizza, meat and fish. The space of the building is multifunctional. PAPARAZZI could be nightclub and restaurant, and the place for business meeting, presentations and press conference in the same time.
